Due to the mass use of technology and IT, the human in respect to earn the good money has polluted the society and the environment so badly. Due to this polluted environment, the eco system has been affected and the climate has been changing unexpectedly. Due to the bad affect on the ozone layer the ice of the Antarctica has been melting and the sea level of the china has rise up which directly hampers the peoples health of china. If the pollution increases in this way then the future generation will not be safe and their lives will be in great problem (Ahi Searcy, 2013). This problem or issue should be keeping in the top from the individuals, business and by the government. The sustainable plays the vital role for any business for having the better life without any compromise for the future generation having the quality life. Management should play the vital role for the issue. In this era, Green management can play the great role for the improvement for the pollution. For that the organisation has to improve the relationship with the governments, media, agencies, suppliers, customer and individuals to reduce the climate pollution may be acheived by replacing building equipment, changing the infrastructure, focus on reduction on waste and recycling, not giving more priority on non- renewable resources (Wolf, 2014). Some of the Australian business or agencies use this sort of the materials for having huge building, which directly hamper the life style. Nowadays, some of the Australian agencies adopting the green management such as Commonwealth bank, Coles, Woolworth, and Unilever. While adopting the Green management it not only the change the style of business for the sustainability but it will also helps to make the business more friendly and can live a quality and better life than now. For the sustainability of the business or organisation, the organisation or business should look after the environment by preserving them from the pollution. Aim The main aim of this project to determine and analyse the importance of adopting Green management to achieve and ensure corporate sustainability. This project will help to understand the benefits that can be achieved in an organization with the implementation of green management practices. The challenges of Green management will also be accounted in this study to ensure suitable benefits are achieved out of adopting such practices that are environmental friendly. Objective This project also requires certain objectives unlike any other project to ensure successful exeution. Some of the objectives being developed for this project are illustrated as below: To investigate the impact on environment that arises out of corporate operation. To determine the possible reasons for adoption of green practice. To analyze challenges and opportunities businesses have with green management. Project context The Managers in the real world scenario are the people who deal with day-to-day activity of operating and managing business transaction. An individual can easily sort out his basic earning and expenditure if they are simpler in nature but once the transaction starts getting complicated. A system is required to handle all the records of their activity. They need to be carefully collected, recorded, summarized and analysed to find out the net position that any entity is in. The entity in this situation may be a single individual, or a management firm or an authority of such nature. The concepts of management and managers to handle the business thus evolved from such ideas. A professional manager is a person who deals with activity of such nature. They are the starting points in any management and are responsible for providing financial information to their respective legitimate party. According to Fineman (1997:37) managemet should ive more advantages on the passive for the employee be haviour through snapping. This legitimate party may be an investor trying to make an investment, a business firm or tax authorities. It is a complex yet critical task. A managers profession varies as per the nature of the task that they perform. They may be a basic manager, supervisors, and a financial analyst and so on. A skilful manager can smoothen the regular business actions and decision-making process in a systematic way. From small to big companies managers can plays an inevitable role in managing day-to-day business transaction. Accordingto john R. Rathgeber (2007) green management is the way of success in the corporate in the recent time to cope with the competitive environment. As a student of Professional accountancy, I will be dealing with activity of nature as such in a near future and I am generating idea about all those required interpersonal and managerial skills theoretically before actually going into the designated role in future. I am presently undertaking a course in Professional Accoutntacy to become a professional accountant. I have undertaken this project to study the interrelationship between Green management and corporate sustainability. Green management is required in light of the fact that it is an essential part of the capacity to effectively feeding the nature of environment our planet. I will be a professional accountant so it is my resposnbility to ensure the sustainability of an organization. Hence, I have taken this project as Green management can be connected to all parts of our lives. For example, the acts of a corporate ought to be economical on the off chance that they wish to remain in organizations, because if the business is u nsustainable, then by the meaning of maintainability corporate will stop to have the capacity to survive for long. Literature Review In this time more and more are companies are focusing on the environment for the success and for the friendly environment. There have been several researches on the green management through the green product and focusing on the sustainability for the organisation performance. There has been more encouraging and helpful effect over the competitive advantages on the green management (Wong, 2012). There is a positive relationship between the implementation and the green management, which directly plays the positive improvement over the operational management through the sustainability for the improvement of the organisation (choi). There is positive relationship between the green management and the financial performance of the organisation (Azorin et al., 2009). According to Taib, Udin and Ghani (2015), businessperson and the organisation are taking more advantages by combating corruption, and better financial management for the overcome of the mistake done by the human on the environme nt through the raw materials and the manufacturing products. For determining the performance over the sustainability, a research has been conducted over the eco- innovation (Ryan, 2012). Implementation of corporate green arrangement at first request abnormal state of administrative and specialized knowledge with particular prepared ability laborer. Some studies likewise observed that, some natural powers follow up on in corporate techniques, for example, dynamic inclination, new client inclination, and client blacklists in connection to contamination control and avoidance (Benn, Dunphy Griffiths, 2014). Based on research it has been found that environment administration framework must be adequately actualized if the corporate have the ideal individuals, at a perfect time with the correct competency and aptitudes (Fahimnia, Sarkis Davarzani, 2015). Corporate need to create inventive centered natural activity program and occasion that have an exceptionally compelling and productive effect on supportable rivalry. Management and Investor must comprehend that green management technique is a noteworthy long haul venture opportunity, the corporate need to take a gander at the long haul banquet from this new green activity (Formentini Taticchi, 2016). It will request a considerable measure of persistence and tirelessness no quick outcomes will come up soon. As it is another idea, it will set aside opportunity to adjust with business environment. Significance of the study In the recent time many organisation are adopting the green practices strategy in the business due to the awareness of the environment. With the help of the green management the organisation or business can play the important role for reducing the waste and tries to recycles the waste, saves the resources for the future. If the business concern about the saving the energy they can reduce the use of non-renewable and can give more priority on the renewable resources. All this things can only be possible by adopting the Green management. Using the solar energy instead of producing more electricity from coal, can reduce the pollution and makes the environment good. Green management can also play the innovative role for the business for the saving of the energy saving, managing the waste and preserve the waste and pollution. Green management tries to motivate the companies for producing the less pollution product using the fewer amounts of the natural resources and tries to focus n the r ecycle the product. It also helps the organisation for the long lasting energy .it will also helps to reduce the cost and helps to increase the profits of the business. Green management can plays the direct impact on the organisation output for sustainability, which can also increase the economy of the nation and tries to save the business and organisation for the smooth running. It will makes more awareness in the customer and supplier regarding the environment issue, which will helps to increase the demand of ecological products and will also helps the organisation or business to be more aware and understanding towards the corporate social responsibility on the organisation or business day to day activities.
